Celebrating Success: SACMHF’s Time to Grow Gardening Project
We are thrilled to announce that SACMHF has successfully commenced delivery of phase two of the Time to Grow gardening project, thanks to the support of the Community Environmental Fund (CEF) through the West Midlands Combined Authority. This initiative is enabling us to provide valuable support and peer-to-peer learning to individuals in our communities, helping them achieve better outcomes through horticultural activities and more.
As a result of our project’s success, SACMHF was recently been honoured with an award from CEF, presented by Tony Thapar and his team, in recognition of the outstanding outcomes have and will continue to achieve. The award was proudly received by Councillor Sharon Thompson, Deputy Mayor of the West Midlands, who accepted it on behalf of all the community organisations involved.
A huge congratulations to all the winners and a big thank you to everyone who has contributed their hard work in supporting our local communities. This award is a testament to the dedication of all those involved, and we are excited to continue making a positive impact through our work.
